Federation Photon Torpedo Boat?
At the July 4th BBQ, MR Self Distruct told me about w Federation thingy-mah-hichy with a soucer and the main engine and some whatnotts. Anyway, MRSD post a link of whatever it was you were talking about, as I have been racking my poor noggen trying to get a mental picture.

Re: Federation Photon Torpedo Boat?
Looks like a 2270s refit from the classic film era (1979-1991). Almost a much earlier step toward the Nebula Class 'Support Cruiser' of the 2350s/2360s. However the secondary hull is built into the lower half of the saucer section with the picture given here. Oh well its Trek. Consistancy of ship lineage is one of the dysfunctions of Trek. Another possibility is that this design might be a 2270s refit predessor to the Luna Class ships launched post Nemesis. However the Luna is not a 'missile boat'. Again that inconsistancy issue. Tsk,tsk, tsk.

Kesh, there are variations to the Abbe I think.
The one on the bottom gives me the look and feel like it could almost dogfight, maneuver, bank, and roll.

Re: Federation Photon Torpedo Boat?
This is a ship from fanon and not canon.
Anyway...
Do you or JStan or anyone else happen to know if there is a Starfleet vessel with NCC-1263 as its registry number. The reason for this particular number is it also belongs to the east side Wal-mart store. Curious to see what sort of ship might have the1263 number. Can be from fanon or canon.

The NCC-1263 was a slave ship that would assist delivering slave prisoners the penal asteroid colony on Rura Penthe.
Anyway...
The Abbe could shove a salvo of photon torpedos up your beloved Babylon 5's ass.

Yeah, well I'd take Sheridan's old ship - the Aggy - over that garbage scow dubbed - the Abbe - any old day. , ,

But I agree the USS Sam Walton NCC-1263 is likely a prison barge in the Mirror, Mirror universe.
