GL: First Flight

I'm probably the only one who didn't know about this, but DC has an animated movie coming out later this month about everybody's favorite, fearless, ring-wielding superhero (and I don't mean Batman with a kryptonite ring either) :-)

I didn't realize it was coming out this month! Coolio!

Big surprise, here.....I knew this was coming out, have it pre-ordered, and am checking off the hours until it arrives. I already have a lawn chair ready to sit by the mail box so I can make sure it does not get put in a wrong mail box. Then, I have a pair of tights and green cape that I can wear all week.

When I mow the grass, I am going to make a design out of the grass that looks like GLs emblem.

The only sad thing, no yellow. No lemon pie. NO PIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT PIE...............


The unmedicated GL2814

I just watched it and I must say it was pretty cool. I really like the many different ways the rings can be wielded.

I'd say, in my humble opinion, that First Flight is the best of the DC Animated Movies to date (although, Public Enemies will give it a run for its money). What makes GL so good is that it has elements of Star Wars, Star Trek, Babylon 5, and Battlestar Galactica all rolled up. If I were the producers, and with a live action film in the works, they need to start working on a Sequel. I'm thinking "Blackest Night"!
