SyFy Producing Another Battlestar Spin-Off !!!

SyFy Channel wants another BSG spin-off beyond Caprica. Early word is this new untitled project will be more traditional in its 'space opera' elements. Ronald D. Moore will be producer.

Speculation:

Reads like we might very well get Cylon War One. Adventure and drama from the days when the Galactica was brand-new and a young William Adama flew a Colonial Viper Mark 2.

Further Speculation:

Or perhaps the producers will go further back in time and show us how humanity left behind the motherworld named Kobol and settled the Twelve Colonies and First Earth. The conflict between humans and 'proto-cylons' as remembered by the 'final five' might be given further elaboration. The revised 'Ship / Beings of Light' or 'Lords of Kobol' sub-plot may see more development.
